The Foyer

I explore the transition between public and private space and the places where one can switch back and forth. The front door of a home is an example of this, not entirely being public or private. It's unclear if the person is about to leave or has just come home. The transition between the warm and cool colors also emphasizes the shift in energy I personally embody when I’m outside or in my home.
